I am committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. I collect, use and disclose your personal information responsibly and only to the extent necessary for the services I provide. Below are described the policies and procedures as they relate to collecting, using and disclosing your personal information. The website

The website www.victoriaribokas.com does not collect information about you in any way, no tracking cookies, marketing cookies or any other cookies are used. Information about your visit is not saved and stored.

Your file

The law requires psychologists to create a file. In this file, data necessary to provide good care and services. The law obliges the practice to keep the files for fifteen years.

Your rights

As a client, you have the right to ask for a copy of the information included in your file. If you find factual inaccuracies in the file, you can ask to change or supplement this information. If you disagree with the information in your file, you can add your own statement (your opinion) to the file. You also have the right to request us to destroy (parts of) your file. I will comply with your request, unless we believe that interests of others, for example your partner or children, are harmed. In this case, I can (partially) reject your request.

Confidentiality

As psychologists, we have a duty of confidentiality. This means that we only work with your informed consent to speak to others about you or your situation. Only in special cases the law gives us the right to provide information without your consent. As a rule, I will first contact you in order to discuss this with you.

Changes to the privacy statement

This privacy statement is subject to change. The current date will be stated. We therefore recommend that you regularly consult this privacy statement.
